- 1. Return Conditions

We accept product returns within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as they meet the following conditions:

- The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

- The product must not have been used or opened.

- The return must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Important: For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products that have already been opened or used, except in the case of a defect or error in the order.

After we review your order, we will provide you with a returns number and instructions on how to return the product.
- 3. Return Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

- Damaged or defective product.

- Sending the wrong product.

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service to ensure your product arrives safely.
- 4. Refunds

After we receive the returned product and verify the return conditions, we will refund the value of the product, using the payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 to 14 business days after confirmation of return.

Important: The original shipping cost of the order is not refunded unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- 5. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return it and make a new purchase.
- 6. Defective or Wrong Products

If the product you receive is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately via info@aquintarola.pt with a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the product. In this case, the return costs will be our responsibility and we will send you a new product or a full refund.
- 7. Promotional Products

Promotional products are subject to our return policy, but refunds will be made for the amount paid, not the original price.
- 8. Exceptions

For health and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or sent in the wrong way.
